FAQ

1) Can I mix 2 color in one order?

Yes, you can! But if the quantity less than 100 sqm for one color, we have to charge extra set-up fee. We are a direct factory and the more colors we choose, the more cost including materials and labour we have to add, we have to control the product cost and hope customer can understand this.

2) Are wood plastic composite products environmentally friendly?

Yes. Because WPC will not splinter, warp or fade the way wood does, it dramatically reduces the wasteful cycle of repair and replacement and eliminates the frequent application of environmentally harmful paint, sealers and stains.

3) Does WPC fade?

All the WPC product will fade a little after it is exposed to the sun and undergoes the weather. The anti-UV additives are added to reduce the fading and it will be much suitable for outdoor application. During the first 3 months, the color may fade a little with a approximated percentage of 5% to 10%, this will not affect the overall effect. After that, the color will stay in a stable level through the lifetime of the product.

4)How to store WPC products?

WPC products are much heavier than wood with the same volume. It should be placed on the flat floor for long time storage to prevent warping. We usual suggest customer to use
