Compared to real wood, what is the advantage of WPC?
WPC is a new type of building materials, with features of water resistance, corrosion resistance, long service life, uv light stability and good coloring. While real wood will crack, color fade, rot, and become food of termite.

Standard package is woven bag package, without pallet. Pallet or special packaging can be customized, if needed.
How many days can I get the samples?
The small samples can be sent within 3 days.
Can we customize the color?
Sure, you can send the samples to us and we will make some debug, but we can't guarantee 100% similarity, only 90%.

What kind of finish do you have for indoor products ?
Four kind of surfaces are available for most of items :normal ,wood grain ,brushed and embossing.
What is the temperature range can be used for WPC products ?
It can be used through a very wide temperature range from -35℃to 68℃.
Does WPC decking require painting or staining?
WPC Decking does not require painting or staining. As with any outdoor surface, periodic cleaning is required.
What type of tools are required for decking installation ?
WPC Decking can be easily installed with standard woodworking tools, including hammer, skill saw, rasp, level, and square. Standard carbide saw blades with less than 20 teeth are recommended.
How do I clean the decking ?
Our decking requires only occasional cleaning in order to keep the surface free of dirt and general grime. We recommend normal sweeping and cleaning of your deck at regular intervals.
Is WPC decking mould resistant ?
WPC decking has a fungicide added in the formula that helps to reduce the risk of mould growing within the material under normal conditions.
Can I place rugs on my deck?
Most area rugs aren't a problem with decking, but we do recommend cleaning underneath them regularly. In rare cases, rugs made of plastic or viscose materials may bleed, drawing colorant out of the decking or making them difficult to remove. Always allow your decking to fully dry before fitting a rug into place.
Can I build a firepit on my deck?
Wood or gas fire pits should not be placed on top of decking. However, gas fire pits may be installed beside or between deck boards with a protective wall made of stone or other fire-resistant material used for insulation.
What’s your annual output for decking ?
Our annual output is 20,000Tons/year≈0.98million SQM.
How does saltwater affect Greenzone products?
Saltwater climates are an ideal application for Greenzone products because saltwater will have no ill effects. However, we do not recommend submerging boards into saltwater. Please verify that all decking fasteners to be used are applicable to a saltwater environment.
Why buy composite timber (WPC) in place of timber?
Composite timber offers a low maintenance alternative to timber with no oiling or staining required and the option of a concealed fix. Unlike most timbers, using composite timber ensures that there are no splinters, sap or tannins runs, no rotting and it is also white ant/termite resistant.
Can it be used indoors?
Yes. The durability and versatility of WPC decking makes it one of the few outdoor materials that can be used inside. However, there would need to be a solid base for it to sit on, which is harder to achieve indoors than it is outside.
Can composite decking be put directly on the ground?
No. Our decking cannot be laid over an existing surface – instead, we need to lay a sub-surface for the composite to sit on, ensuring maximum results.
Can you use normal wood working tools?
Yes, no specialist composite material equipment is required, you can even saw it by hand. You can use the same tools and equipment as you would on wood.
If WPC is made from recycled materials, why is it more expensive than wood?
While most of the raw materials used in making WPC are recycled, these materials are carefully processed to ensure the highest level of quality and performance. The end result is decking that performs better than wood, lowering your cost over time through lesser maintenance.
Does wpc fade or change color?
How well your deck endures Mother Nature depends upon what type of WPC you have. Early generation composite decks (1ST generation) do not have the high-performance shell with enhanced fade, stain and mold resistance. As such, these traditional composites will fade naturally over time, achieving their weathered color after 12-16 weeks. Newer generation high-performance composites(2nd and 3rd generation) have the protective shell technology that provides superior fade and stain resistance.
Is static electricity an issue with Composite Decking?
While all synthetic decking can be subject to static electricity, static on new composite decking to the point of getting a shock is rare. There is no chemical means to reduce static on a deck. As time passes, exposure to the weather will reduce the likelihood that one will experience a static discharge.
How do I fix the balustrade properly?
To ensure that the balustrade is secure you must fix the system to the subframe. You can either do this by drilling holes through the boards to secure into the subframe or you can cut the boards around the post mount to create a space for it to fit. However you decide to secure the balustrade, please ensure you leave expansion gaps to allow the deck boards freedom to expand and contract.
What is the thickness of 2nd generation and 3rd generation protective layer?
2nd generation is 0.5mm and 3rd generation is 1.5mm.
How to store WPC products?
WPC products are much heavier than wood with the same volume. It should be placed on the flat floor for long time storage to prevent warping. We usual suggest customer to use galvanized steel pallet for WPC packing.
How do you ship the sample and how long does it take arrive ?
We usually ship by DHL ,EMS or TNT .It usually takes 3-5days work days from door to door .
Is your outdoor decking flammable?
Our outdoor decking with special formula can reach the Grade Bfl-S-1 in the fire test, will be extinguish by themselves after ignited.
Is your wall panel can be used for bathroom?
Our wall panel are water proof and widely used for the bathroom, but not for the shower area,which will reduce the lifetime for the products.

How strong is Greenzone composite decking compared to timber decking?
Greenzone composite decking is produced using a proprietary blend of plastic and cellulose fibre materials. For further information regarding design and performance characteristics refer to the technical specifications on the Greenzone website.
What sort of subframe is needed to support Greenzone composite decking boards?
Greenzone composite decking can be installed on to any type of joist that meets the required load bearing capacity. The joists can be timber or metal. For mroe info, please refer to installation guide.
Is Greenzone composite decking slippery when wet?
Greenzone composite decking is finished in a standard wood grain pattern that provides a mid-range slip resistance when either wet or dry.
Is Greenzone composite decking scratch resistant?
Greenzone composite decking is produced to a level of hardness and abrasion resistance that makes it very difficult to scratch and it is more than suitable for the general traffic use required of a domestic/residential deck.
How do I clean and look after my Greenzone composite decking?

Can I use the indoor products for outdoor?
Not suggested, but if for semi-outdoor ceiling, it is ok and must coat with anti-uv paint every few months to keep the color.
What is the heat absorption rate Compare with WPC/ Solid wood/Fiber Cement?
Fiber cement ＞ WPC ＞ Solid wood.
Can the products be used in the coastal areas?
Yes! Greenzone wpc has passed the salty water resistance test.
What is the proper way to handle and store WPC Decking?
WPC Decking should be stored on wood supports placed approximately every three feet and under a dry lumber cover or tarp. Rainwater that would not stain a deck will stain stacked lumber, so remember to keep it dry.
