Product Production Process:

1. Wood power and raw material are placed into the blender and mixed evenly.Pellets are then extruded out at a standard temperature.

2. According to the formulas,different pellets are placed into blender and mixed evenly.

3. Profile will be then extruded out through a mold.After cooling down,profiles are solidified,forming the shape as the mold.

4. Cutting the standard size or according to the customer requirement.

5. Profile processing---grain surface,brushed surface,embossed surface,anti-UV surface.

6. Glue the film into the surface to protect it.

7. Package&deliver.

Quality Control

Color stability control

In order to reduce the color deviation in bulk productions, we control it from the raw material, mix the raw material and colorant with formulated percent, make sure the color sample match the color standard,and then the bulk will follow this color sample strictly to control the color.

Currently,we have two plants that can produce a series of products for interior and exterior.The total site area is 53,000 square meters, building area is over 5,000 square meters; its development is supported by strong power of designing, researching and producing. We have office, financial, business, technology departments and tooling,extrustion ,post-processing ,grain printing ,packing workshops, etc.

There are total forty-seven the most advanced automatic production lines , It has complete extrustion manufacturing equipments and fittings,besides we have 15 professional technicians which will offering professional test.Our annual output for decking is 20,000 tons and 14,600,000 meters for indoor products.

1. DOES WPC FADE OR CHANGE COLOR?

How well your deck endures Mother Nature depends upon what type of WPC you have. Early generation composite decks (1ST generation) do not have the high-performance shell with enhanced fade, stain and mold resistance. As such, these traditional composites will fade naturally over time, achieving their weathered color after 12-16 weeks. Newer generation high-performance composites(2nd and 3rd generation) have the protective shell technology that provides superior fade and stain resistance.

WPC is non toxic, splinter-proof, making it ideal for children .

3. Are wood plastic composite products environmentally friendly?
