2. According to the formulas,different pellets are placed into blender and mixed evenly.

3. Profile will be then extruded out through a mold.After cooling down,profiles are solidified,forming the shape as the mold.

4. Cutting the standard size or according to the customer requirement.

Yes! WPC can cut, nail, drill, screw and rout with standard woodworking tools, and better than wood features with the water proof, rot proof.

3.How strong is Greenzone composite decking compared to timber decking?

4.Does Greenzone composite decking cost more than a timber deck?

Greenzone composite decking is supplied in a fully finished condition unlike most timber decking. 5.How do I cut the boards?

The best option for cutting is to use a chop-saw or a jig-saw with a small toothed blade – ideally 80 Tungston Carbide teeth on a 210mm diameter blade and on a high speed.  The wider the diameter of the blade the more teeth required.  A 310mm blade would need at least 120 teeth (or more).
