FAQ
1. Can I customize the color I prefer ?
Yes, but MOQ at least 500SQM and need extra color customize fee(depends on the design).
2. What is the maximum length of product?
6 meters.
3. Will the exterior wall cladding bend or crack at low temperature in Canada cuz our lowest temperature can be minus 53 ?
Our products can be used under temperature of -40°to 60°, and there is not a problem if -53°just 2-3 days but if it is long period at such low temperature will not suggest to use it.
4. Can I mix 2 color in one order?
Yes, you can! But if the quantity less than 100 sqm for one color, we have to charge extra set-up fee. We are a direct factory and the more colors we choose, the more cost including materials and labour we have to add, we have to control the product cost and hope customer can understand this.
