Decorative Interior Wall Paneling
Main production process of decorative interior wall paneling is pouring wood powder, plastic pellet and some of additives into blender and mix evenly, pelleting and then extruding at a specific temperature. Cutting to standard length or customized length as customer’s requirement. After finished production, plastic protective film will be covered to surface of decorative interior wall paneling avoiding scracting, and then products will be packed to carton.

Every batch of raw material will be inspected by QC, during production, color will be compared to master board online, product straightness, width and thickness will be checked with vernier caliper, product density and weight will be tested accordingly. Installation effect for both wall and ceiling
Each of decorative interior wall paneling is with installation slot, after install plywood or woodframe to concrete wall as a support, decorative interior wall paneling will be installed to plywood or woodframe piece by piece, fixed with nail gun, slot installation achieves invisible nail or screw, if there's any corner need to be covered by WPC edge cover, E25 or E40 are providable, which can be same color with product. Consistant appearance will be seen after installation.
