The whole process of Wpc interior wall cladding is mainly composed of six steps: material mixing, extrusion system, film sticking line, dividing tangent, slotting line and packaging line.
1. Mixture: PC powder, calcium carbonate and other auxiliary materials are analyzed and mixed in a high-speed compositer, the temperature is set to 120 degrees (remove water and mix evenly), and the mixture is put into a cooler and cooled to 50 degrees.
2. Extrusion system: WPC waterproof wall panels is extruded from the main production line, and wpc interior wall cladding slab is formed by double screw extruder, molding machine and tractor. The back end of the production line is formed by cutting knife, and the final slab is delivered and stacked after cutting.
3, film line: big board paste.
4. Dividing tangent: Lightweight WPC wall panels and cut it by dividing tangent.
5. Slotting line: slotting the segmented small plates according to the customer's requirements.
